To claim the VHF award you must first work the required number of countries (no QSL cards needed). On each band e.g. 6m/20 4m/4 2m/5 no mixed bands. Added sticker and certificates can be claim for additional countries worked. All contacts must have be made after January 1st 2000. Certificates cost £4:00p UK or $8 us dollars, € 7 euro, 1000 Japanese yen, 12 IRC, additional stickers cost £1 UK or $2 us dollars, €2 euro, 250 Japanese yen, 3 IRC.
